July 2024 News Letter
Greetings to you, dearly Beloved.
Welcome to this edition of our monthly newsletter. As we come to the end of July 2024, all we can say as an organization is, God is always faithful! The month was full of wonderful blessings and the goodness of God all round. It is our delight as Agape Missions and Evangelistic Network (AMEN) to share with you these blessings through the month of July.
First of all, we give God all the glory for His protection in this month of July. For the benefit of our new partners, Agape Missions is situated in Gana – Ropp, BarkinLadi Plateau State. If you are conversant with the place, you will sure know that: except the Lord keeps a city, the watchman wakes but in vain (Psalm 127:1). All through July, we enjoyed God’s peace in all situations. God told us that where we are is a Goshen and we have seen the true protection that comes from God. Jesus has done well for us as an organization.
Thank you to all our supporters, we are grateful that you have supported us in prayers, cash and kind. Thank you for being a part of the journey. The work of the Lord Jesus continues to expand because you made it your business too. It is our earnest prayer that you experience personal growth in your life in all situations. May the blessings of the Lord Jesus Christ be with you now and forever. Amen.
We are excited to share with you, the following;
- SCHOOL OF MINISTERIAL EXCELLENCE (SOMEX).
- AMEN FIELD (FERUM, JOS EAST).
- SCHOOLS ON VACATION (Messiah College, Emmanuel Academy, Kauna Kiddies).
- TRAINING IN DISCIPLESHIP AND MISSIONS (TDM) STUDENTS BACK FROM FIELDTRIP.
SCHOOL OF MINISTERIAL EXCELLENCE (SOMEX).
In this month, ministers, pastors and missionaries from different churches, organizations and ministries received training from the School of Ministerial Excellence (SOMEX). It was a rigorous time of learning for the students with different courses taught by skilled professionals in such fields. It was a time of real impartation as each of them taught from their wealth of experience. They taught courses like Discipleship, Ministerial Ethics, Money Matters, Thriving in Hard Times, and Revival in History and so on. The training took place in the Prayer and Retreat Centre (P.A.R.C) Gana – Ropp.

AMEN FIELD (FERUM, JOS EAST)
Agape Missions has several mission fields in Nigeria and even in the Diaspora with dogged missionaries carrying out the mandate of Christ in such fields. For this month we chose to share with you the work of our Lord Jesus Christ in FERUM FIELD.
The FERUM land is dominated by the Afi-zere People who are also known as the Jarawa people of Plateau State. The land is located in the Jos East part of Plateau State. Before the arrival of our missionaries in the land, this people were known solely for idol worshiping. Today, many of them have come to know Jesus as their Lord and have been baptized. Different missionaries have worked there and for now we have Baba Suleiman working amongst them.
Please pray for him. He needs a new motor-cycle and some solar panels to aid his work. Pray that God gives him more and more strength to work effectively amongst the people.
SCHOOLS ON VACATION (Messiah College, Emmanuel Academy, Kauna Kiddies)
Its holiday season and our schools are no exception. Many years back the Lord laid it in our hearts, to start up schools so as to help missionary kids and even children around the neighbouring communities. Right now we even have students whose parents have been internally displaced from all around the middle belt due to insecurities. We have three schools which are: Messiah College, Emmanuel Academy and Kauna Kiddies. Messiah College is a boarding school while Kauna Kiddies is both day and boarding; both schools are located in Gana Ropp community. Emmanuel Academy being solely a day school is located in the Razat community of Barkin Ladi local government, Plateau State. The boarding facility of Kauna Kiddies is called Kauna Home. It is uniquely for children from the insurgences.
We received reports that all students arrived home safely. It’s our earnest prayer that they return safely after the break is over in Jesus name. Amen.
Please remember to pray for us. Pray that these children grow in the fear of the Lord. Pray for the peace of Gana – Ropp community. Pray for God’s provision as only a few of these children are fees paying.

T.D.M STUDENTS BACK FROM FIELDTRIP
Training in Discipleship and Missions (T.D.M) is a missions school where missionaries are trained before being sent to mission fields. Agape Missions has trained a series of missionaries through this school.
The last batch trained and sent to the fields for practical is batch 51. Three students, who answered God’s call, were given intentional training to be equipped properly for missions work. They were sent on field trip (practical) for three months. That is, from the month of May to July 2024 and now they are back to the mission base for evaluation.
CONCLUSION
We could go on and on sharing with you,God’s faithfulness towards us in the month of July 2024, but we will stop this way because the blessings of God are way too much to count. Thank you for your partnership, until we bring to you our next edition next month, remain blessed Beloved.
